Purpose: To provide care at the patient's place of residence, to help the patient live as fully and comfortably as possible, to assist the family in the care oft the patient and to provide continuing support to the family during the grieving process.

Fee: Services are paid through Medicare, Medicaid, managed care and other medical insurances, with sliding scale fees available.
