Purpose: Somerset County Office on Aging has contracted with Catholic Charities to assist individuals age 60 and over who are homebound due to acute or chronic illness or disability and unable to obtain groceries. Eligible clients call in a weekly shopping list to the Senior Shopper program office and the volunteers purchase and deliver the items to them. Clients are responsible for paying for the full cost of items purchased.
