Purpose: Respite co-sponsored with the VNA of Somerset Hills, provides short term service which may include one or more of the following services:

bulletCompanions or sitters in the home
bulletHome-Health Aides, when personal care services are necessary.
bulletSocial or medical day care.
bulletVacation and emergency respite
bulletShort-term placement in residential facility.
bulletShort term 24 hour live-in.

Application is required.

Fee: Co-payment based on care recipient's income and assets.
