Purpose: Caregiver education provides one-on-one instruction in the home environment in order to improve caregiver ability and effectiveness. Assessment is made to determine assistance needed. This program provides up to five home visits by skilled professionals. Nurses, social workers, registered dieticians, speech therapists, occupational therapists and/or physical therapist may provide educational and support services.
